What participating PIs should know
Yes. The private assessment and improvement report are intended for the participating PI. Any future public recognition follows a separate evaluation process.
No. You pay for the assessment, development process, and reassessment. Recognition is never guaranteed and cannot be purchased.
The assessment is designed to report aggregated themes without disclosing participant identities. Participation is voluntary.
No. The Mentorship Excellence Assessment is separate from public review moderation and does not provide control over public feedback.
Recognition requires sufficient evidence and performance against transparent RateYourPI mentorship standards. Completing the program does not guarantee an award.
